Belle Gibson is an Australian blogger and app developer who rose to fame last 2015 through her alternate health program that made her conquer diseases. However, her cancer story was found out to be something made up, according to Federal Court of Australia judge Debbie Mortimer. Gibson may have suffered delusions about her health status, but there was never an official diagnosis that she had cancer. Her appeal to pity about her having a terrible disease i.e. cancer urged charities to donate to her. Anti-Duterte Page Posts Stupid Comparison Pic on Ms. Universe
Trolls, trolls, trolls. They are everywhere. Many of them are paid. Some just want to make trouble in the internet. All of them want our attention. With the current trolls wars in the Philippine internet community, the camp of those who supports President Duterte and those who still glorify the the previous administrations (the so-called "Yellowtards" for the lack of better terms) clash against each other spewing stupidity after one stupidity. While the Ms. Universe pageant is finally over, some troll pages link the results to something very irrelevant to the topic. 3. Fun Personal Predictions or Character Descriptions You most likely encounter them already especially if you are connected to Facebook. Did you notice those things on your news feed shared by your friends like "Who is the celebrity they look like?", "What will happen to you in 2017?", "Who is you soulmate", "What color describes your personality", etc...? I am talking about them. Such click bait appears in a link form which divert you to another site and generate the result. One thing is sure though -- the one clicking this sort of virtual crap do not believe the outcome. The purpose of these links (on the perspective of the clicker) is for fun. Many friends will react and the post will spread because friends will see to it that they probably will have a better or cooler result. However, one should be extra careful because in order to generate a result, one must give permission to the website app to allow access to your Facebook account.
