There are three ways to play a duel in this game: training, room match, and duel matches.
Training matches are extended tutorial sessions. It is better to take these because they give a lot of prizes.
Room match is an avenue for you and your friends to take battles. You can also battle with strangers here. However, room matches starts slower than the normal duel matches.
Duel matches are the normal match. When a player wins the duel, he will receive a random type of booster and three special booster key fragments. When the player loses, there is no booster but there is one key fragment awarded. Collecting 10 of these key fragments will open the Locker Booster. (Imagine it like the crown chest of Clash Royale).
Each player has three spaces for boosters. It can be extended through purchasing cash on the shop.
There are special tasks and missions also available. Each day, there are three missions to be accomplished. After finishing ten missions, a special mission will be unlocked.
You can only use six pokemons on the deck, though you can have many deck combinations of other slots.
In terms of graphics, the game is pretty top notch. However, I do see a lot of room for improvements.
There are many things still needed to be explained, although the game is easy to play. Anyone can learn by simply playing it. What I like about it is that it needs much intellect to cleverly ace each battle because luck will not be always be there for you.
By the way, if you want to play the game, play it now because they are giving 100 gems per day.
