Today is a big day in the Philippines. It’s the elections day! Finally, Filipinos will be spared from those annoying campaign debates and jingles.

The Presidential elections has always been a trending topic on the internet in the recent months. In fact, social media platforms played an important role in choosing who to vote. Google, who probably, being the number one source of information of election-related matters, commemorate the event by changing their homepage logo. Designs maintains is color order trademark — blue, red, yellow, blue again, green, and red again. The letters are anthropomorphized personifying people voting. On the green letter “L”, a ballot box is placed along with a Philippine flag underneath.
Voting is a scared right for every democratic citizen. I just hope for the best that their will be no cheating will happen.
