The tablet was invented on the 1990s as a way to replace paper. There was no iPad or Windows tablet at that time. Bill Gates set his eye to this goal since firms want to digitize their forms. He used a stylus for this.
The audience did not appreciate the move unfortunately. For Steve Jobs, using a finger or stylus for writing is a burden for starters. People prefer to use laptops for work, even after the launch of the iPod.
Instead for work, Steve Jobs wanted a gadget for entertainment. And so, he created the iPad — a bigger iPod. Many people were fascinated of the product slowing moving them from entertainment to work since apps were able to convert health care, aviation, and insurance into digital versions. However, the absence of the stylus is still a minus point.
Microsoft Surface Pro came out to the rescue even if it lacked the entertainment value of iOS and Android offer. Apple was worried of the decline of the iPad sales.
To answer the problem, they released the iPad Pro last week (which is by the way very much like Microsoft Surface Light).
