When this happens repairing the system is necessary or if it has become worst than expected, reformat the whole system. Though this type of problem now seldom happens to Windows 7 users, Windows XP users are still plagued with such problem. Sometimes it would come at the worst possible time and even worst Windows XP requires a bootable CD for it to be repaired. So how do you repair Windows XP without using a bootable CD?
