This is just an update of Shan Cruz Rivera, the disgraced call center agent who videoed himself making fun of a client during a call. It seems that his Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/labshins) has already gone private or temporarily deactivated. The cause might have been because many people were already angry at his actions and that not only has he jeopardized the Call Center industry in the Philippines but also has, according to many Facebook comments, disgraced many Filipino call center agents. Filipinos have been well known to be very good call center agents because of their ability to adapt to another country’s language, especially the accent.
However, upon Googling his name today, I was able to uncovered a Facebook page of Shan Cruz Rivera. Now there is no confirmation whatsoever that this is Shan Cruz Rivera’s Facebook Page. As you can see in the picture there are already 470 likes as of the time of this writing.
In the Facebook page info it says that Shan Cruz Rivera works for TRG Philippines (The Resource Group).
