Check this out, after the Nicole Lynn contreversial Facebook status, another person, this time a Filipino, posted a video in Facebook about one of his calls during his work as a call center agent. Shan Cruz Rivera, may have thought that it was just plain fun but he failed to follow the rule that call center agents are not allowed to video their calls. The reason for disallowing phones while working was to discourage any stupid acts by the agent themselves. But Mr. Shan Cruz Rivera does not seem to bother following the rules and continued to video himself, while making fun of a customer/client. I know of some call center agents who videoed themselves while on work but they usually do this to show to their friends what they actually do rather than make fun of other people.
It was not enough that he made fun of the client but posted it on Facebook to show how good he was at making fun of a client.
