Good news to Samsung Galaxy users as Samsung will be spreading the ICS (Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich) love to its line of Galaxy handsets as they will begin to upgrade it this coming 2012.The ICS update/upgrade will be expected early next year, around the first quarter (Q1) of 2012, but will first be given to the GALAXY S II and the GALAXY Note. Of course other GALAXY devices will follow within the year.
However, Samsung also notes that the update/upgrade towards ICS will still greatly depend on the carrier’s requirements and the situation on different markets. So probably the ICS (Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich) upgrade will hit consumers globally, provided their GALAXY handsets are unlocked.
